"Summary statistics of American Samoa longline catch and effort for the third quarter of 2009, based on date of haul, are shown in Table 1. The table is derived from all logbook data submitted as of December 17, 2009, noting that the tsunami that hit Tutuila in late September may have had an affect on the ultimate completeness of the data in this report, but it is our belief that it includes the vast majority of longline effort which occurred during the third quarter"--Page [1].
