The National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC) held a 3-day workshop in Hedgesville, West Virginia, October 24 through 26. Day 1 focused on NODC participation in the Department of Commerce Pride Program. Days 2 and 3 were dedicated to ocean data management issues leading to improved Center operations and a new processing system for the nineties. This document is the final report of the second segment, entitled Workshop II: Directions.
