The table is derived from all logbook data submitted as of February 5, 2009. As of February 5, 2009, the documented delinquency rate for the fourth quarter of 2008 was 2.7%, with data from 1 out of 36 large longline vessel trips not yet received or entered in the database"--Page 1.
