"Summary statistics of American Samoa longline catch and effort for the first quarter of 2008, based on date of haul, are shown in Table 1. The table is derived from all logbook data submitted as of May 8, 2008. As of this date, the documented delinquency rate for the first quarter of 2008 was 5.19%, according to the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources (DMWR) Daily Effort Census and Delinquency Reporting System"--Page [1].
