"Summary statistics of American Samoa longline catch and effort for the third quarter of 2007, based on date of haul, are shown in Table 1. The table is derived from all logbook data submitted as of January 14, 2008. As of this date, the documented delinquency rate according to the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources (DMWR) Daily Effort Census and Delinquency Reporting System for the third quarter of 2007 was 4.27%"--Page [1].
