Description:"The Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) is proposing to construct an earthen drainage channel (EDC) at its Burley Creek Hatchery (BCH) in Kitsap County, Washington, to facilitate increased discharge of treated effluent. Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to fund the proposal.
