Description:A five-year program is proposed to develop the Power Electronic Power Distribution System (PEPDS). PEPDS is a new power, energy, and control distribution concept enabled by ONR-developed technology, including high-power-density high-efficiency power electronics, Silicon-Carbide (SiC) power semiconductors, and modeling and simulation design and analysis tools.
