Description:Now in its tenth year the Wisconsin Sea Grant College Program is devoted to the development, use and conservation of the marine resources of the Great Lakes and oceans. The Sea Grant Program is a unique partnership between the university and the state and federal government. Federal support provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,​ U.S. Department of Commerce is matched by direct support from the state of Wisconsin and from industry and other nongovernmental users of the program. Sea Grant is a people program. The creation, organization and operation of its activities are the products of the ideas and commitment of people. And the success of the program is measured by its service to people. This report, which covers the period of 1974 to 1976, tells about some of these people. Subjects in this report include: Living Resources, Aquaculture, Microcontaminan​ts and Water Quality, Coastal Management, Mineral Resources, Ocean Engineering, Advisory Services, Communication and Education. A publications and project listing as well as the budget is included.
