    The Texas Sea Grant College Program strategic plan for 2002-2005, Coastal Science Serving Texans, contains two primary goals related to research activities and programmatic aspirations. Both the research and the programmatic goals contain four broad subgoals and various numbers of approaches to address each subgoal. The strategic plan lays out, in broad terms, our vision for the program. This implementation plan, which includes performance measures, was developed to provide details on plans to pursue the goals set forth in the strategic plan.
