This report evaluates the economic performance of the groundfish fleet over fishing years (FY) 2007-2015 to capture and compare economic trends before and after implementation of catch share management enacted under Amendment 16 to the Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (FMP) (NEFMC 2009). Economic performance is evaluated at 3 operational perspectives: the groundfish trip-, vessel-, and entity/business-level.
