    This project was conducted for the Planning Division, Department of the Army, New Orleans District, Corps of Engineers (COE). The purpose of this research was to prepare an inventory and analysis of the components in Lake Pontchartrain and the wetlands surrounding the lake in order to provide an information base and to indicate salient interactions, patterns, and environmental trends to facilitate future planning.
