Description:This report presents the results of a study conducted with commercial dive operators on their uses and perceptions of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS). Field surveys were conducted with 62 dive operators to determine the socioeconomic profile of the commercial dive industry in the FKNMS, including economic investments, trip totals, participation within the FKNMS plan development process, and views toward zoning in the Florida Keys. The report also includes information about the zoning plan development process and details of the Final Management Plan.
