Description:Recovery plans delineate reasonable actions which are believed to be required to recover and/or protect the species. Plans are prepared by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service. The Recovery Plan for the Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle was prepared with the assistance of the Kemp's Ridley Recovery Team. It does not necessarily represent the views of each Recovery Team member, but rather the majority opinion of the Team. Neither does the Recovery Plan necessarily represent the views or the official positions or approvals of any individuals or agencies, other than the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service.
