This 20-page booklet specifically discusses fishing partnerships. It explains formation and dissolution, and more importantly the personal responsibilities assumed by all partners in the name of the partnership. Because the Uniform Partnership Act is a little-altered document, and because most state partnership laws are quite similar to the federal standards, this booklet is useful in other states. It is a brief, general guide to the pitfalls and pluses of combining capital in a partnership.
