Description:The purpose of this publication is to remind boatmen that the Bay has many different weather moods, some of which can change quite repidly. In addition, it should promote a better understanding of how basic weather features develop on the Bay and enable boatmen to enjoy the Chesapeake's unique waterways with fewer weather surprises.
