Description:When properly selected, designed, and fabricated, wood will provide excellent service in the marine environment. It was the objective of the seminar reported in these proceedings to provide engineers, architects, contractors and property owners with the basic information necessary for them to select, design, and fabricate wood for piers, walkways, bulkheads, and walls so that they will provide good service.
