Description:

The algorithms for the calculation of chlorophyll a concentration in the coastal water of the U.S. need to be verified for the Sea-viewing Wide Field-of-view Sensor (SeaWifs) on board the SeaStar spacecraft. This requires precise optical measurements below the sea surface in coastal waters from which remote sensing reflectance, downwelling, irradiance and upwelling radiance can be calculated
