Description:ATCOOL is a computer program for calculating the variation of cooling tower plume parameters with height and distance downwind. It combines Briggs' plume rise model with Weinstein's cloud physics model. Plume rise, visible plume length, and cloud formation can be calculated. The program listing and a worked example are given.
