Description:The NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette was engaged in support for the Fisheries Research and Monitoring Division (FRMD), Life History Program (LHP) of the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) along with the Joint Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Research (JIMAR) of the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii Manoa (RCUH). Participating institutions from the CNMI and Guam included the Division of Fish and Wildlife (DFW), the University of Guam, and Micronesian Environmental Services (MES).
