Description:This report is a component of a series for the RESTORE Council (NOAA and USGS, 2019a,b; NOAA and USGS, 2020). The objective of this report is to explore the monitoring programs in the Inventory, evaluate levels of programmatic documentation (i.e., “monitoring program elements”), and identify commonly monitored parameters as well as methods through which they are monitored in order to inform monitoring guidance for future RESTORE Council-funded restoration projects.
