Description:NOAA's Climate Prediction Center (CPC) Stakeholder Meeting was held at the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction in College Park, Maryland from 24-26 September 2019. The meeting focused on five major aspects of the CPC’s operationally delivered subseasonal to seasonal (S2S) climate prediction and monitoring products: Recent performance of CPC operational products; New products to be released for the upcoming year; New and improved products currently under development; Feedback from stakeholders on recent product performance; Feedback from stakeholders on their requirements for improved and new products and the products CPC currently has under development. The meeting featured ten plenary presentation sessions and nine discussion breakouts. In plenary sessions, the product producers briefed core partners on CPC products, their near-term evolution, and researches to improve existing and develop new products; the application partners showed how CPC products were used and what improvements desired. In breakouts, the needs of improvements to existing products and development of new products were discussed in depth. The meeting enhanced mutual understanding between CPC and core partners nationwide. This volume is a collection of extended summaries of the presentations contributed by the meeting participants. The information will be used to improve the delivery and usability of the existing products (e.g., additional parameters, format change etc.) and inform development of new products and improvements to existing products.
