Description:"The purpose of this study is to plan for and provide perspective designs for possible improvement to the necessary facilities that accommodate [the sports fishing] industry. This study is also intended to recommend certain measures that may be implemented by either the public or private sector, through a cooperative partnership, that will satisfy the need of anglers, businessment and residents which are impacted by sports fishing activities. Finally, this study is to take a detailed look at the Harrisville community to analyze specific issues and problems relative to this industry."--p.3.
