Description:This Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (FRFA) evaluates the impacts on small entities of alternative harvest strategies for the groundfish fisheries in the EEZ off of Alaska on small entities. This FRFA meets the statutory requirements of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) of 1980, as amended by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA) of 1996 (5 U.S.C. 601-612).
