Description:This Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (FRFA) examines the small entity impacts of a proposed GOA FMP Amendment 63 to remove skates from the GOA FMP “other species” category, and add them to the target species category. This FRFA addresses the requirements of the Regulatory Flexibility Act at section 604(a).
