  A collection of some 700 experimental electron density profiles of the D and lower E regions of the ionosphere has been digitized and made computer-retrievable. The collection includes most of the profiles published in the journal or report literature. The data are available in the form of three computer files that give the conditions under which each profile was obtained, a full list of references from which the experimental data were extracted, and the digitized profiles themselves.
