A Comprehensive and quality-controlled field sounding dataset in the Southeast United States

• Description:
  This report summarizes efforts to collect, quality control, and synthesize all ballooning observations (from both radiosonde and windsonde platforms) during many of the intensive observational periods (IOPs) in these campaigns. In total, 2475 soundings across 39 events are catalogued. Analysis of a dataset of this size and diversity can address many outstanding questions related to SE severe environments.
