Description:The Northwest Fisheries Science Center’s Fishery Resource Analysis and Monitoring (FRAM) Division completed the twenty-second in an annual series of groundfish bottom trawl surveys in 2019. The survey occurred from 20 May to 29 October 2019 and targeted commercial groundfish resources inhabiting depths of 55 to 1,280 m (30–700 fathoms) on the U.S. West Coast, from the area off Cape Flattery, Washington (lat 48°10′N), to the U.S.– Mexico border (lat 32°30′N), using chartered commercial trawl vessels.
