Description:A total of 43 drifting acoustic spar buoy recorders (DASBRs) were deployed over the course of the Hawaiian Islands Cetacean and Ecosystem Assessment Survey of 2017 (HICEAS17) and 2023 (HICEAS23), Winter HICEAS of 2020 ( WHICEAS20), and Cetacean Research Program Gear Test of 2019 (CRPGT19) cruises. These devices recorded 2 minutes every 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the cruise, at a sample rate of at least 288 kHz which resulted in a total recording time of 2,292 hours.
