  The USACE Mobile District proposes to fund and carry out further widening and deepening of the authorized FNC at Gulfport Harbor, Harrison County, Mississippi. NMFS concludes that the proposed action is not likely to adversely affect giant manta ray. NMFS concludes that the proposed action is likely to adversely affect, but is not likely to jeopardize the continued existence of green sea turtle (North Atlantic DPS), Kemp’s ridley sea turtle, loggerhead sea turtle (Northwest Atlantic DPS), and Gulf sturgeon (Atlantic sturgeon, Gulf subspecies).
