  This assessment reports the status of the chilipepper rockfish (Sebastes goodei), also known simply as “chilipepper,” in U.S. waters off the coast of California, Oregon, and Washington. Although relatively few chilipepper are observed off the coast of Washington, landings from that state have been included in the analysis to facilitate coastwide management based on a single assessment model.
