Description:

In 2023 the Lower Granite Dam adult trap began operations as scheduled on Wednesday, 1 March. Sampling started at respective daily and overall trapping rates of 25 and 18%. The trap operated from 18 August to 30 August at a 70% trapping rate at the planned 24-hour, 7 d/week trapping schedule. We operated the trap at an 18% trapping rate from 31 August to close of trap on 15 November without interruption.
