Description:Due to divergent timelines for the damage assessment for marine resources and the other injury categories, the Trustees will develop phased restoration plans, starting with a plan for marine resources. This Final Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan / Environmental Assessment (DARP/EA) is for restoration of marine resources only, which, in this case, refers only to shoreline habitats, including gravel beaches, rocky shores, vegetated habitats, and stream channels and flats.
