Description:The WBRR picture quality is of basic importance if we are to realize full utilization of the system. Electronics Branch of ERH has issued ROML 72-1l (filed with H-50), Subj: Standardization of WBRR-68 Picture Quality at Transmitting and Receiving Sites, to establish guidelines for Electronics Technicians to follow in maintaining the WBRR picture quality. As part of the follow-up action, the ETs at receiver sites are required to forward pictures received via dedicated and dial-in lines to Chief, Electronics Branch, through the AES. The quality of these pictures will1 be evaluated at ERH.
