Mr. Roland Loffredo (MIC at WSO Wilmington, DE), while stationed at WSFO Pittsburgh, compiled data relating the relative frequency of precipitation at Pittsburgh to PE model QPF for this location. The study was for the winter season, November 1971 through April 1972.
