Description:An investigation now has been completed by Mr. Joe B. Cope, WSFO Philadelphia, PA, to determine if Ronco's procedure would lead to beneficial results in the winter and for the WSFO Philadelphia area of forecast responsibility. Cope's results, shown in Table 1, again demonstrate that the LFM QPF can contribute additional useful information.
