Description:The Subseasonal-to-Seasonal (S2S) Community Workshop: Toward Minimizing Early Model Biases and Errors in S2S Predictions took place from June 5-7, 2024, in Boulder, Colorado. Organized by the NOAA Weather Program Office (WPO), the National Weather Service Office of Science and Technology Integration, and the Climate Program Office (CPO), this event gathered scientists, model developers, operational forecasters, and end users to address challenges and opportunities in S2S prediction. The workshop aimed to encourage interdisciplinary collaborations and identify strategies to minimize early model biases and errors in S2S forecasts.
