Description:On Dec. 2, 1985, Buffalo and other locations around the Great Lakes experienced a typical lake effect snowstorm. Five inches of new snow was reported in the Buffalo area, 8 inches in NE Ohio and up to 10 inches in NW Pennsylvania.
