Description:

In October 1987, an adjustment was made to the radiation calculations in the NGM to eliminate a cold bias in the temperature forecast (see TPB No. 373). We examined the temperature forecasts in the FRHT61 for the period, Nov. 5 throuch Nov. 25, 1987.
