Description:

A relatively minor flood event occured within the Nothern Susquehanna River Basin drainage area on the weekend of the 26th and 27th of March, 1988. A partial post analysis of this hydrologic event is presented as a learning tool for the hydro-meteorological staff at the RFC and across the region.
