Description:On Sunday November 20th of 1988. high winds of 40 to 60 mph ripped through much of Central Pennsylvania. It is the purpose of this case study to determine why they occurred, applying the attached decision tree, and to offer possible modifications to it, in hopes of improving high-wind forecasts.
