Description:Software development for comparing the Integrated Flood Observing Warning System (IFLOWS) rain gauge data and RADAP-II radar rainfall estimates began during the winter of 1989. The software is now operating in a development, test and evaluation mode. This paper discusses the software, which has been developed for use on the DEC PDP/11 computer.
