Description:Various technogenic and natural objects and events produce enough radiance in the visible and infrared spectra to be observable from space. This paper presents a system aiming to become a near-real time catalog of such objects and events. The system is using publicly available VIIRS multispectral sensor nighttime imagery data provided by Suomi-NPP and NOAA-20 satellites. The described system gathers multiple imagery processing algorithms providing the means to extend the algorithm collection and organize it's execution on both receiving stations and computational clusters.
