Description:"On September 10, 1992, a 'minor' severe weather outbreak occurred in parts of central and northeastern Pennsylvania. Wind gusts, associated with the thunderstorms on that day, downed trees and utility wires at a few locations, but very little property damage was reported. While most severe weather case studies examine events that cause widespread damage, this study focuses on a marginal severe weather outbreak"--Introduction.
