Corrected Document: After the issuance of this Biological Opinion several non-substantive errors were found within the document. Correcting these non-substantive errors does not meet the reinitiation triggers and therefore the original effective date will remain. Corrections include: formatting, grammatical typos, consistent naming (west bank fish screen vs. cross channel fish screen), correcting river mileages for the Eastside Bypass and the relation of the Action Area to the confluence of the Merced River, changing ‘reduction of restoration flows’ to ‘release of restoration flows’, addition of SJRRP Settlement language, updating maintenance language, and other general typos or mistakes. This new ‘corrected’ document will replace the original document and can be identified by the addition of ‘corrected’ in the title.
