Description:

This report presents a summary of surface and bottom temperature and salinity data collected during the Northeast Fisheries Science Center’s HB2406 Summer ECOMON Survey aboard the NOAA FSV Bigelow. Data were obtained with a Sea-Bird Electronics SBE Model 19+V2 profiling CTD (s/n 7037) during plankton tows and on vertical casts with a SBE Model 9/11+ (s/n 1486). Sea water samples were taken for the purpose of calibrating salinity values.
