Description:The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Coral Reef Conservation Program’s (CRCP) National Coral Reef Monitoring Program (NCRMP) supports reef fish sampling on hard-bottom (coral) habitats from 0 to 30 m depth. In the U.S. Caribbean, the Reef Fish Visual Census (RVC) survey is coordinated by the NOAA National Ocean Service’s (NOS) National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS). The NOAA Fisheries Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) is the point of contact for fish data and data management.
