Description:This document contains project instructions specific to EX2405. This expedition will commence on August 19, 2024 in Honolulu, Hawai`i, and conclude on September 7, 2024 in Hilo, Hawai`i. Operations will be conducted 24 hours a day, and consist of mapping operations, potential conductivity, temperature, and depth (CTD) deployments, and full shore-based participation via telepresence. Operational readiness training (ORT) will take place during two days-at-sea during this project to be determined based on weather conditions for safety considerations.
