Description:Radiosonde parameters were assembled into a 36-year climatology. Monthly minima, maxima, and averages of height, temperature, and dew point were computed from 0000 UTC and 1200 UTC soundings. Average Skew-T diagrams and stability indices were derived from the data. UTC and Z, abbreviations for what is also known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), are used interchangeably. Spokane is in the Pacific Time Zone and therefore 0000 UTC is 4 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 1200 UTC is 4 AM PST or 8 hours behind UTC time.
