Description:The Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) has been testing, improving, and streamlining its Structure-from-Motion (SfM) processing pipeline to produce permanent digital records of coral reefs across the U.S. Pacific Islands and Territories. This SOP was developed in collaboration with Scripps Institution of Oceanography, the University of Hawai’i at Hilo and the Hawai’i Institute of Marine Biology to increase logistical efficiency in the field while continuing to produce streamlined coral demographic and benthic community data across the broad spatial scale of NCRMP.
