Description:"The Southeast Fisheries Center (SEFC) provides a series of detailed reports that evaluate the Texas closure management option in either December or January to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council. This year's series of final reports presented to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council in January 1986 on the 1985 Texas closure will be the fifth year that the Southeast Fisheries Center has evaluated the Texas closure management measure.
